I have been practicing yoga since 2011, first stepping onto the mat with a background in gymnastics and a love for movement. While yoga initially supported my physical goals, it quickly became something more: a steady, grounding practice that helped me navigate stress, chronic tension, and reconnect with myself.
After completing my 200-hour teacher training with LifePower Yoga in 2015, I began teaching throughout the Phoenix area. My classes invite students to move with intention, build awareness, and explore what it means to trust their own inner knowing both on and off the mat.
