Mindful Movement + Meditation is a monthly gathering designed to help you reconnect with yourself through intentional movement, breath, and reflection. This isn’t about perfect poses or pushing harder. It’s about creating space to listen, move with awareness, and begin the week feeling more grounded than when you arrived.
One Monday each month.
One intentional pause.
A chance to come back to yourself.
